Prices and currency

How your order is fulfilled
Orders are fulfilled from the inventory of our US distribution partner and shipped tracked within the United States. Delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Orders are sent in plain outer packaging, and the charge on your card statement shows the store’s descriptor. [CONFIRM: the descriptor text that appears on card statements]

Placing an order and payment

Returns and refunds

In short: sealed intimate goods cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons; unopened items in their sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery; faulty or damaged items are replaced or refunded if you tell us within 14 days of delivery.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies the guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, or any other right you have by law that cannot be excluded.
