Sealed intimate goods
For hygiene reasons, intimate goods cannot be returned once they have been opened.
Unopened items: 30 days
You can return an item that is unopened and still in its sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. We refund the item price to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return. Return postage is paid by you.

Faulty or damaged on arrival: 14 days
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, tell us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the item and its packaging. We will replace the item or refund it, including postage. [CONFIRM: whether replacement depends on supplier stock]
